Family Promise Metrowest (FPM) is a cooperative, interfaith partnership offering hope to homeless families with children. FPM provides safe transitional shelter, meals, and supportive case management as these families seek permanent housing. As a support congregation to Peace Lutheran Church and Temple Shir Tikva, ICB volunteers help the host congregations prepare for the arrival and departure arrangements of the guest families, and help at dinners for these families, by preparing and serving meals.
Understanding Family Homelessness

We have all seen the cost of housing increase drastically over the past few decades and while the minimum wage has increased, earnings in general have not kept up with the rising costs.
